All sales are final due to the hygienic and medical nature of our products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Please ensure that all details such as cap size, lace color, and length are correct before checkout.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@restorativemedicalhair.com with your order number, unboxing photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Approved cases will be handled with a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local postal service for delivery disputes.
