    1.    Order Processing — Orders are custom or made-to-order and require a processing time of 7–14 business days before shipping unless otherwise stated.

    2.    Shipping — Once shipped, tracking will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

    3.    Payments — All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Fraudulent chargebacks or claims will be disputed with proof of delivery and product documentation.

    4.    Intellectual Property — All images, designs, and content on this site are the property of Restorative Medical Hair Solutions. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

    5.    Customer Responsibility — Customers must ensure correct sizing and product selection prior to checkout. We do not create wigs based on personal head measurements.
