SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY POLICY

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery Policy in full. This policy is designed to protect both the customer and the business and is enforced strictly.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 7–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
    •    Address changes are not permitted after an order is placed
    •    We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
    •    Orders returned to sender due to address errors will not be refunded

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, the order enters processing and becomes final and non-cancelable.

TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once an order is shipped, tracking information is provided to the customer.

Carrier delivery confirmation is considered proof of fulfillment and delivery.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is final and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for:
    •    Stolen packages
    •    Missing packages after delivery confirmation
    •    Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim:
    1.    All original packaging must be retained
    2.    Clear photo evidence of damage is required
    3.    Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted

Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility for review.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & FRAUD PREVENTION
    •    We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or unverified locations
    •    Orders flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion
    •    We reserve the right to require additional verification before shipment

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

This policy governs shipping and delivery only. Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any chargeback filed for an order marked as delivered will be disputed using:
    •    Carrier tracking confirmation
    •    Delivery confirmation
    •    This published policy
    •    Customer agreement at checkout

False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

PAYMENT PROCESSOR & BANK COMPLIANCE

This policy complies with the requirements of major payment processors and issuing banks. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that shipment with tracking confirmation constitutes fulfillment of the order.
